ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE

Thank you for recycling with Nacogdoches Recycling! Our hope and our main goal is to make recycling easy and accessible to you. The following terms and conditions apply to your subscription and use of the Nacogdoches Recycling services; including any content, functionality and services offered by Nacogdoches Recycling. Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you start using Nacogdoches Recycling, because by using the website and service you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service. UPDATES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE

The terms of service may be subject to updates from time to time. As a subscriber you will be notified of any changes to our terms of service, and the most up to date version will always be available on this page.

SUBSCRIPTON COSTS

Subscription costs are published on our website. When you sign up for a subscription with Nacogdoches Recycling, we are guaranteeing that cost for the term of your service. When you subscribe you are asked to create an account, and therefore have full access and control of your subscription. If a payment fails or expires you will be notified twice and given opportunity to update payment before your subscription is cancelled. In the event of cancelation, on your part, or due to lack of payment, any re-subscription will be at the current rate.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

As a subscriber to our curbside recycling service you are agreeing to the following responsibility:

All waste placed in the recycling bags must be, to the best of your knowledge and ability, recyclable materials as laid out on our “How it works” page.
All waste placed in the recycling bags must be, to the best of your knowledge and ability, clean and free of food waste and residue.
Glass items places in the recycling bags must be unbroken- no broken pieces or shards may be recycled for the safety of our employees.
The bags must be tied and placed on the curb, at least 3 ft from your City Provided trash can.
Flattened cardboard that does not fit inside the blue recycling bags must be places underneath the bags on the curb.
The bags must be on the curb, not on the street in any way.

Intentional, continual, or dangerous disregard for the personal responsibility agreement can result in cancelation of service.

TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement will become effective in relation to you when you create sign up for Nacogdoches Recycling services and will remain effective until terminated by you or Nacogdoches Recycling. You may cancel your subscription of the Nacogdoches Recycling services at any time through your account, or by contacting us via email, and termination shall have effect either immediately or at your choice as long as it is within the current subscription period that you have already paid for. Nacogdoches Recycling will not refund any remaining portion of subscription fees you have already paid for. Nacogdoches Recycling reserves the right to terminate this Agreement or suspend your Nacogdoches Recycling account at any time in case of unauthorized, or suspected unauthorized use of the Nacogdoches Recycling services whether in contravention of this Agreement or otherwise. If Nacogdoches Recycling terminates this Agreement, or suspends your Nacogdoches Recycling services for any of the reasons set out in this section, Nacogdoches Recycling shall have no liability or responsibility to you, and Nacogdoches Recycling will not refund any amounts that you have previously paid.

REFUND POLICIES

Nacogdoches Recycling will issue a refund or discount for services that are not carried out due to fault of Nacogdoches Recycling in itself. Refunds will not be issued for services provided correctly or along with our Terms of Services. Service missed due to the incorrect information provided by the customer or due customer negligence will not be issued a refund. Refunds will not be issued for service not carried out due to acts of god or extreme weather (hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding, etc.), though in such cases make up pick up days may be made available.
